In this world of covid fighters have to be prepared for the unexpected, and that often means that bouts are cancelled or rescheduled due to the virus. Unfortunately, that is exactly what has happened with the scheduled bout this weekend for Connecticut based fighter William "The Knightmare" Knight (9-1).
Knight was scheduled to take on heavy-handed striker Alonzo Mennifield in a light heavyweight clash on the UFC Vegas 20 card scheduled for this Saturday. Knight took to his Facebook page this morning to notify his fans that he won't be competing this weekend due to Menifield testing positive for the virus. The bout has been rescheduled for March 27th, per Knight's FB post.
