Tyrime "The Dream" DaSilva (3-0) caught up with our Steve Domenico backstage at Cage Titans 48 following his third consecutive submission stoppage to open his amateur career. In a bout that was touted as a title eliminator, with the winner squaring off against reigning Cage Titans Amateur Featherweight Champion; Shane Dougherty (4-0), Randy Francis (5-8) didn't make it easy for DaSilva. Francis would be the first competitor to take DaSilva into the second round, but it didn't last long after that, DaSilva locked in a Rear Naked Choke just 27 seconds into the second frame that would result in a stare down between him and Dougherty in the center of the Cage Titans cage.
