After a year and a half away from action, it was inevitable that all things wouldn't go as planned during the lead up to Cage Titans 48 on Saturday night at Plymouth Memorial Hall. The press conference held on Thursday afternoon had a few hiccups, but after the event started an hour late and Ali Zebian showed up fashionably late, things went according to plan as the featured fighters of the night were able to say their piece, and face off with their respective opponents.
NEMMA was on-sight from all angles, as we got to catch up with with a number of the pro fighters that you'll see competing inside the cage in less than 48 hours.

Steve Domenico was able to sit down with Lauzon MMA product, Pat Gilbride (3-0), as he prepares to take on Orlando, Florida native, Joe "The Party" Penafiel (5-3) in a 140 pound catch weight bout. Gilbride, in his calm and calculated demeanor, talked about what he's been doing during this down time to prepare for the toughest competition that he's faced to date.
We were also able to catchup with Gilbride's opponent, Joe "The Party" Penafiel.
"Nasty" Nate Williams made the trek all the way from Atlanta, Georgia to take on hometown boy, Don Shainis. We were able to chat with Williams about his upcoming main event matchup as well.
