Friday May 1st, 2020 - MMA fans are invited once again to join the incredible folks over at CES MMA as the promotion will once again be streaming one of its classic fight cards Friday night on the promotion’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. This week CES takes us to Westbury, New York where the promotion touched down two years ago, making their Empire State premier from The Space at Westbury Theatre. CES NY1 took place May 4th, 2018 and marked the first time John Gotti III (5-0) would take the cage professionally in his home state of New York. Gotti would add to his win total in emphatic fashion at the expense of Eddie Hawes (0-2) and further propel himself up the ranks of Welterweight prospects. Fellow New Yorkers; Jacob "Jaguar" Bohn (10-7) and Kenny "The Tooth Fairy" Foster (12-12) throwdown at Lightweight and South Glens Falls, New York’s Matt Secor (10-5) would make his CES debut in front of a hometown crowd as he headlines the card against West Virginia’s Adam Sepulveda (4-2).
CES NY1 also features four New England MMA veterans; Heavyweight Ras “Rasquatch” Hylton (5-4), Middleweight Reginaldo Felix (6-3), Featherweight Walter Smith-Cotito (5-6) and Bantamweight Billy “Wolverine” Giovanella (9-9) as they head west to represent New England under the big city lights.
