Josh "The Hammer" Burns (6-2-2 bareknuckle) stopped by The Room before his big fight on December 11th at BKFC 15, as he takes on Chris Sarro (2-0) in a heavyweight scrap. After fighting bareknuckle for 4.5 years in Europe, the Detroit native finds himself back on US soil, and ready to make a statement in the world's largest bareknuckle promotion.
The uber-confident Burns thinks Sarro is in over his head, and that he's never fought someone of his caliber before. "Too much too soon" he says. "He's like a 3-legged chair. He's going to fall. It's just a matter of how quick." said Burns during the 15 minute interview below.
This matchup is turning into a must-watch, as both fighters are looking to meet in the middle and throw down. Violence is the name of the game in this one, and Burns pulls no punches during his time with Domenico in The Room. Burns is confident that his wealth of experience will be the difference here, and he says that "as long as he (Sarro) doesn't run, then I think I'm just going to run through him."
