New England Fights brings the action Back to Bangor!

New England Fights is back and ready to get the year started with one hell of show! This Saturday February 11'th 2023, NEF 51 takes place at the Cross Insurance Arena in Bangor Maine. Tickets are sold out, catch all the action on CombatSportsNow.com. With over 21 matches set and 3 title fights, the crowd is guaranteed to see some bangers!




Headlining the card is Bruce "Pretty Boy" Boyington VS Ross Dannar. Bruce, Fighting out of Titan Athletics is a seasoned vet now with 29 professional fights, he brings a 17-12 record into this battle against up and comer Ross Dannar. Ross is undefeated at 1-0 in he pro career and went 2-1 in amateur mma. This is a huge step up in competition in the sense that bruce is one of the most experienced fighters in New England. Ross comes to Bangor representing Nostos MMA out of Somersworth New Hampshire. Will the new blood take over, or will the experience periance show its usefulness ? This has action written all over it!




Co- Main Event brings a crowd favorite into the cage as Glory "The Fury" Watson takes on HIlarie Rose. Watson is riding a 4 fight win streak into Saturdays event. Watson Stayed busy in 2022 by fighting 3 times and winning all 3. Rose also fought 3 times in 2022 so both have been staying active and ready for any opportunity. Only 1 of Rose's 6 victories have gone to a decision. Expect both to look for a finish in this one!







Another Feature Matchup pins Nathaniel Grimard VS Carl Langston with both fighters looking get get back in the win column. Langston is looking to bounce back after a quick submission loss in his last outing. Before the loss, Langston was riding a 2 fight win streak, so with a win here, he'll be 3-1 in his last 4 fights. Grimard Fought 4 times in 2022 going 2-2 all year. He gets another early start to competition for the 2023 season. Who will get thier hand raised, and who will go back to the drawing board?






Kicking off the pro fights is Anthony Vasta Vs Josh Beauparlant. Beauparlant will be looking for his first W as he takes on Vasta. Both men looking to etch thier name in NEF history by getting the W Saturday night. Josh brings more experience but Vasta has felt the W before. This is anyones Fight!









155 AM Lightweight NEF Title Fight - Davis VS Pufahl


In a very anticipated matchup, the 155 matchup puts another Team Titan Athletics Fighter , Ed Davis, VS Nostos Member Kyle Pufahl. Pufahl brings an impressive 4-1 record into this Saturdays matchup with his latest victory winning him a regional title. Davis puts his perfect 2-0 record on the line as these 2 warriors clash for the 155 AM Lightweight Title. Both fighters will be looking for the finsh as ALL of their victories have been by finish. These 2 have never needed the judges, don’t epxect them to this night either. Potential to be FIGHT OF THE NIGHT.


205 AM Light Heavyweight NEF Title Fight - Pasley VS Turcotte


A Massive TITLE fight puts 2 Undefeated warriors in there to claim their spot in NEF History. Quentin Pasley takes on Jared Turcotte for the vacant 205 NEF AM Light Heavyweight Title. Pasley fought an impressive 5 times in the amateur circuit last year and get this, he finished 4 of them in the first round, 3 of them in the first 2 minutes. On the other side of the cage Turcotte is no stranger to getting the job finished quick. Out of his 2 wins, his longest fight is 35 seconds. Dont get up to go to the bathroom during this fight, this will be all action while it last!


135 AM NEF Bantamweight Title Fight - Dorr VS Baltazar



A feature matchup and one that has had a lot of buzz around it has been Baltazar VS Dorr. Key Baltazar bursted onto the scene last year with 2 fights and 2 victories. A crowd favorite and another emerging star out of Nostos mma, he'll have his hands full with Dorr. Fighting out of Acadia BJJ, Dorr was able to finish his last opponent in round 1. This matchup also has potential to be Fight Of The Night.
